Policies

  • When someone NO-SHOWS it means they not only missed their appointment but they made no effort in contacting us to cancel or reschedule. I know situations happen and sometimes we cannot make it to our appointments ,but you are notified 4 days prior to your appointment giving you time to cancel or reschedule ahead of time. In the case of a NO-SHOW you will be charged 100% of the service amount. If the charge doesn’t clear you will be blocked from making future appointments.

  • You are given an 8 minute grace period for your appointment. Which means if your appointment is at 12:00 you must be in the suite by 12:08 the latest. I know Houston is infamous for traffic so book accordingly to give yourself enough time to arrive on time. If you do not make it to your appointment by the 8 minute mark your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled and you will be charged a $30 fee.

    ❗️Currently Shepherd does have construction slowing down traffic. If you are running late please contact us as soon as possible.

  • I know things happen and sometimes you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I do ask that you cancel or reschedule 48 hours before your appointment, when you are given your confirmation text message. However you do have up until the DAY before your appointment to cancel or reschedule with no fees applied. If you cancel or reschedule on the day of your appointment you will be charged a $30 fee.

  • If your credit card on file is declined to any of the charges mentioned above you will be sent an invoice. I do ask that you pay this invoice the day you receive it so your account is cleared. If your invoice remains unpaid you will be blocked from booking future appointments.

  • You are able to bring small children only in emergency cases and they must be in a car seat or stroller. For bigger children we do have seating in the hallway. Guardians are allowed in the room for minor waxing services.
